All Individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities Over the Age of 16 Will Be Eligible to Receive a COVID-19 Vaccination Soon

HNWPublic Benefits Law for Special Needs and Disabled Persons

vaccineGov. Murphy announced that individuals with an intellectual or developmental disabilities over the age of 16 will be eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccination beginning April 5, 2021. It will still take time these important members of our society to receive their vaccinations, but this is an important next step.  Many of our clients have struggled with access to services during the COVID-19 pandemic.  This change is important for helping to return individuals with developmental disabilities to schools, day programs, and job sites.

If you have a family member with an intellectual or developmental disability, and you need assistance accessing services for your loved one, contact Fredrick P. Niemann, Esq.
