Now that my father, Martin Bloom is officially on Medicaid, I want to thank and commend Lorraine for her expert efforts and counsel and utmost professionalism in helping our family complete the complex procedures with the local authorities. My father and I met with his Medicaid care manager last week and it appears that everything is proceeding in an appropriate manner.
